Elementary School Parent/Student Handbook
2008-2009 School Year

This handbook contains useful information for both parents and students regarding the daily operations of Virginia Beach City Public Schools' fifty-five elementary schools. You will find information highlighting some of the school division's policies and guidelines that are necessary for the safety, welfare, and well-being of our students. Please keep this handbook throughout the 2008-2009 school year. You are encouraged to review the contents of this handbook and share appropriate information with your child.
